We do our best to help our customers to make good choices in selecting high quality products that meet their individual needs.

In the case where products need to be returned, or are found to be defective, the following store policies are applied:

 

Service and Restocking Charge

Minimum 15% or $10.00 (which ever is higher) applies to all refunds and exchanges.

 

Warranty Claims

Apollo Hobbies does not assume responsibility for defective products or warranty claims.

These matters are handled by the product manufacturers who are solely responsible for repairs or replacement.

Return and warranty information is normally found in the owner's manual for the product. Alternatively, the Internet is a great place to get contact information for the manufacturer of the product. Our links page contains contact information for several hobby manufacturers. You may also try to search on Google for the manufacturer's contact information.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy

1) Permitted Only Within 10 Days From Date of Purchase.

2) Must Be Accompanied by the Original Receipt and is Subject to the Service and Restocking charge.

3) Returns or exchanges Must be sealed in original packaging. We do not accept packages that have been used oropened.

4) Return Shipping Charges (both directions) for Mail Orders are the Responsibility of the Customer.

5) No Refunds on Shipping Charges for Mail/Internet Orders.
