Store Policies
We do our best to help our customers to make good choices in selecting high
quality products that meet their individual needs.
In the case where products need to be returned, or are found to be defective,
the following store policies are applied:
Service and Restocking Charges
A service and restocking charge of 15% (minimum
$10.00) applies to all refunds.
Warranty Claims
Apollo Hobbies does not assume responsibility for defective
products or warranty claims.
These matters are handled by the product manufacturers who are solely
responsible for repairs or replacement.
Return and warranty information is normally found in the owner's manual for
the product. Alternatively, the Internet is a great place to get contact
information for the manufacturer of the product. Our links
page contains contact information for several hobby manufacturers. You may
also try to search on Google for the
manufacturer's contact information.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are permitted as long as the following conditions are
met:
1) You Must Return Your Purchase
Within 10 Days From Date of Purchase
2) All Returns and Exchanges Must Be
Accompanied by the Original Receipt
3) Packages must be sealed in their
original wrap. We do not accept packages that have been
opened.
